      Pros

      I started working at CMP Management eight months ago and I am just as excited to go to work as I was on day one. CMP Management is a fast growing company with a strong leadership and intelligent, compassionate, and dedicated employees. It is very pleasant to work in an organized office and be able to locate any information needed to improve my performance. I work with amazing, like-minded and fun people which makes every work day go by smoother. CMP Management also offers great benefits and time offs which makes me to better manage my personal life.

      Cons

      Honestly, cant think of anything. It is a fast paced environment which is a pro to me.

      People are overworked and underpaid. A lot of micromanagement going on. Leadership team plays favors.

      Helping Associations Meet Their Goals + Professional/Personal Goals As Well!

      Pros

      I really appreciate being able to help others in my every day work life. I love helping with events: seeing everything come together beautifully. Our attendees and sponsors leaving refreshed with new ideas and education to improve their own professional (and personal!) lives. I also love that the team is open to new ideas to improve processes- we get better and better every event! Our team is like family and I can confidently say that everyone has each other's backs. I also wholeheartedly appreciate that our leadership team encourages good work/life balance and provides a bit of flexibility as needed.

      Cons

      With the ebb and flow of events, sometimes we fall into working additional hours... there is a lot to juggle, but it keeps us on our toes and keeps things interesting!
