Good work-life balance, good people, leadership cares about employees, a rare ad agency where you can have a stable career for decades

Cons

Takes awhile to build trust within company, they primarily serve local clients so budgets tend to be low and clients play it safe with ideas they approve

Cons

Lack of accountability and apathy for growth. Certain long term employees could stomp their feet or be complacent and everyone else would have to adapt even if they knew it meant failure.

There were wonderful people here for many years but most of them, understandably, have made the decision to leave. As things currently stand, there are no "pros" left to highlight.

Cons

Culture is entirely defined by ego, nepotism, and favoritism. Employee potential both earning and growth is intentionally capped unless you are a friend or relative of the CEO.
