      Pros

      Peoples working there are normal and ok except some conflicts between divisions and within the readership team. Some struggles on and off., In general, fair to staffs. The owners and some senior leaders are nice and honest people. The rumours about the company from over decades’ history is completely not true. Peoples there are hard working and tend to stay long.

      Cons

      No development opportunities. Business always comes first as a trading so never has had long term plan to grow the team and the business. Constant changes.
