      There are such great people working at CDR. The quality of my co-workers, managers, and leadership is the best I've had thus far in my professional career. They genuinely prioritize the people on the team and are heartfelt in their efforts to make everyone feel supported.

      The consulting lifestyle demands a lot of flexibility, unpredictability, and long work hours. You work on many unique and distinct projects and need to be able to switch gears and learn and synthesize new information quickly.
