I would strongly advise against working for this company. The Brampton Distribution Center (DC) is managed in a way that undermines professionalism and efficiency. The management team consists largely of individuals who lack the experience and expertise to effectively lead the warehouse, resulting in a disorganized and unprofessional work environment. Additionally, there is a lack of inclusion, as the management and team members often form exclusive groups, making it difficult for outsiders to integrate or contribute to the organization. It is also concerning that the Management based in Quebec, appears to prioritize appearances over the competence and professionalism of the team running the warehouse. This lack of leadership and commitment to quality oversight is a major issue. Furthermore, the DC manager has been repeatedly caught in dishonesty, which reflects poorly on the company’s ethics and values. Overall, this organization’s approach to employee management and operations is subpar, and I would recommend that any professionals seeking a respectful and well-managed workplace look elsewhere.
