I loved working here as part of the multi-family/commercial design sector. The people, culture, and community here are ones that you rarely see in corporate environments. I learned a lot, and would definitely apply again.
Cons
My only downside is it can be long hours, especially if you have a client deadline or presentation to meet.
I have never worked at a company before that cares so much for its employees and the work at the same time. They are the most creative minds I’ve ever worked with. They encourage you to be creative and bring new creative ideas to them daily. They also truly believe in a work-life balance. The funnest part is that they love to celebrate the holidays. Even the weird ones that don’t make it on the calendar.
Cons
The only con I have for this place is the pay is on the low side of the scale. However I would rather get paid less and love where I work, then get paid more and hate where I work.
