      - A step stone for you to enter software business

      Cons

      - Worst Management with thousand of unreasonable expectation, bureaucratic is serious - 0 bonus and 0 salary increase in year 2023 to staff holding over-workload even has some revenue from project - Management misbehavior need to be bear by general staff - Overtime working is a must but you never can claim back
