- DKV - flexible hours (but be careful!) - spacious office - travels
Cons
- no career opportunities - only women are recruited, male applications go directly in the trash - moral pressure - work pressure - anxiety-provoking atmosphere - lots of travels for events where you cannot count your hours (7am-midnight) - lots of injustices and inequalities between workers - lots of gossips - lots of manipulation - if you don't tell your private life, it's not appreciated - the direction is lead by the only old male of the office - no professional fulfilment
