I've since left and joined another company.. I truly miss the people at CAF. This is where I started my career in apartments. You work hard at CAF but the growth is so much better than other companies.

Strong leadership that truly invests in mentoring and developing their employees. Opportunities for growth and advancement for those who are motivated and willing to learn. I personally started as a Leasing Agent and, through mentorship, recognition, and hard work, was able to grow into leadership and eventually move into a corporate role and team lead. A culture that values collaboration, accountability, and professional development. Leadership that trusts employees to bring ideas forward and contribute to improving processes and systems. Great opportunities to build relationships across teams, including working with property teams, third-party representatives, and leadership to improve reporting, systems, and overall operations.
