You don’t have privacy at all, it records all your phone calls, your emails will be all forwarded to common mailbox, you cannot use your mobile during working hour. You have to come back at 8am, you will get warning letter for only 2 minutes late. They don’t like you to leave on time ever though you finished all your work.
