Fellow employees. Free lunch on Fridays

Cons

Asian cultured business, not good for American ethics. Micromanagement from owners which makes it twice as bad. No trust or motivation from owners towards employees. If you're Chinese, you will succeed here. That's about it.

They provide free lunch on Friday.

Cons

Unprofessional, aggressive, and poor morale. You will be lied to from day one, and they expect many hours with no incentives. Revolving door for employees, and very understaffed. In my short time I heard several people just walked off the job. I left as soon as I got another offer, and the boss told me to leave when I gave notice.

Insurance. Friday Lunches. Met some nice people but most of them quit or were fired.

Cons

Lack of qualified management, owners yell at employees. High turnover. Managers are completely clueless. Illegal activity, complete disregard for American labor laws and safety regulations. Owners and shareholders micromanage every aspect of the business and treat employees like servants. You’ll need approval for minimal tasks. They hire and fire like it’s a game. Hire someone and then decide they’re downsizing 3 weeks later. Please do not believe the reviews posted by CY managers. They’re trying to cover up the bad reviews with fake ones.
