Pros

If you're lucky you get a fun boss that actually cares about you Extra commission split between 2 paychecks Coworkers can be fun but watch out for sharking

Cons

Commission payout is low Constantly under pressure from Robert and Larry Culp (the big kahunas) to hit metrics If you dont hit numbers, you get put under the radar as not doing your job and get scrutinized the whole month Commissions only really cover tax from paycheck The only way you'll make money at CCCOMM is if you cut corners and lie to customers. Some employees can make 3-4k a month but those sales(wo)men lie to customers and bypass many rules. Which is a fireable action but only if youre not making them a lot of money, if you are making them money they look the other way. Every. Time. Definite favoritism throughout company. Its sales but its retail sales. Which means terrible customers that want to argue with you over every penny and dime that isnt in your hands to control Calling customer service is a PAIN IN THE BUTT, they're outsourced so you 99% of the time you get a "Max" from the Middle East and they can mess up customers accounts if youre not double and triple checking that what they did is correct.
