Worst experience, toxic, unsafe

Pros

Some people are genuinely nice and have been there a long time and have formed close relationships.

Cons

The systems are ancient. The people who have been here a long time are very resistant to change and can have awful catty/disrespectful attitudes because they’ve gotten away with it for so long without repercussion. Upper management is extremely disconnected from what’s going on with employees. They have a false sense on what they think is going on and pretend things are great (because it’s great for them but employees are suffering). Absolutely clueless and incompetent. Be warned - this is an unsafe work environment. Since the start of the pandemic we have not been allowed to work remote because of upper management and their backwards way of thinking. They put profits over people and ended up with massive numbers of covid positive cases and exposed so many others. Even then we weren’t allowed to work remote until the company was forced by the health department to allow some to work remote. If that doesn’t speak to the toxic nature of this company, I don’t know what else does.

Pros

none, no pros at all at least not to what I experienced there. Maybe the fact i met a handful of rare nice co-workers i say rare , cause the ones that have been there for 14yrs or more are so bitter and have little or no empathy for customers- reason the calls are not being monitor so you can say what ever and what you want to a customer. I heard some reps treat Spanish speakers like dog water.

Cons

no management, no communication, customers are horrible, no one to go to for answer, everyone is in their own world, no help for a difficult situation, they just let you go for no reason, bias, you do mangement duties as an employee, you babysit the customers cuase they are so spoiled, you have to go the extra mile to please customers and you still get erradicated by bias upper management. Lack of ommunication to employees, their software is from 1950's the worst company I have ever worked for. If you like people raising your voice at you from customers and managers then this compamy is for you.

Pros

When you work hard and show potential, the company offers opportunities for a promotion. It's a stable company that appreciates hard workers.

Cons

It's no Google for sure! There's no "extra" perks that can work as motivators. However, we get medical benefits and 401K perks - standard services you expect from any company you work for. Other complaints differ to the department you work for.
