Manager consistently putting down employees. Training is an absolute joke. Those who say yes, even if wrong are kept on the good side. No encouragement. interview is not consistently done, only asks about integrity, which is none. Will not hire those who may be capable if they don't like how you look. Micro Management. Even if you come back as part time employee.

It’s just a great place to work!

-Cleaning up after customers and/or animals (C-A-L Ranch sells baby chicks that staff must care for, and customers are allowed to bring in their pets) -The occasional abrasive customer (all retail jobs have them) -No first day orientation: employees must familiarize themselves with the store on their own, and managers will likely expect them to know where things are, even on day one.

Low hours at slow seasonal periods

Worst management team I've ever worked with. Undervalued work. Extreme favoritism among managers. Small town petty gossip and politics spread like wildfires with management doing nothing to stop it.

Scheduling, hours, people, lack of training

Poor pay for the physical labor expected. Honestly you will not be capable of living even a frugal lifestyle with this paycheck... It just doesn't cut it. This is a paycheck for a young high school kid with their first job.

no room for growth due to how it is structured. New warehouse manager every year and very little communication.
