Unfortunately, I couldn't find any positives during my time here.
Cons
The employer is extremely miserly and unprofessional. Employees are exploited, and no experience letters are provided unless a lump sum amount is paid, often under duress. There is no corporate culture; the work environment lacks professionalism and structure. Micromanagement is rampant, with even break times being strictly monitored.
