Pros

New equipment Small company feel with big company resources Good consistent miles, (I'm averaging 2800-3000 a week) They put in the effort to get you home on time Friendly staff, from recruiting to safety to compliance to the dispatch team, I feel important and taken care of.

Cons

Only 1 terminal, and if you're a good driver they keep you out running so it can be tough to just get back and get my free laundry done as opposed to paying for it at a truck stop No detention pay, just 50 dollar layover pay if you're sitting for 24 hours due to a lapse in your load plans, and you have to ask for it in these cases, but it's only happened once and they gave it to me From stories I've heard, you get what you put in here, if you are a go-getter and put in maximum effort to get stuff delivered on time, you will be catered to, but if you slack a bit, you may be given less priority with the good loads You gotta be out 14 days to get 2 home, 18+ to get 3, and I've heard you can get 4 by request if needed or if you stay out for a month Bonus pay is monthly, gotta do 10,500 miles to get the extra 0.02 cents on all miles. You could be on course to get it, and may even be averaging that but because of home time or some other issue, you can easily just barely miss out on this. Weekly bonus would make more sense, monthly bonus structure seems like a method of avoiding having to pay out this bonus unless you stay out longer without going home.

Pros

This company has been the most open and considerate company I have ever worked for. They truly have an open door policy and will talk to you about anything. Family owned and very personable.

Cons

Not any cons to think of. Would be nice to have company functions like a picnic or something but that is about all i can come up with.
