      My time at Butler as a Property Manager

      Pros

      Great working environment with good welfare. Motivated and driven CEO who is open to ideas and suggestions to further improve the department/company. Able to voice opinions and be heard. Opportunity to learn is always present.

      Cons

      Department is still extremely young and in its early stage. A lot of untapped potentials have not been reached.
