      Pros

      Other Drivers are great although they here now then they soon get a better job somewhere else.

      Cons

      Impossible timetables. They’ve been here 5 years now and they can’t do a thing right. Always late. Not enough runnings time. Management don’t care. Then blame drivers. WTF.

      This is the first workplace where I have been treated as a human first, and employee second. My wellbeing has always been prioritised and I am surrounded by support - both personal and professional. Many pathways for professional development if you're interested
