Avoid working here if possible

Pros

I liked the coworkers on my team. Schedule was flexible. Work was fully remote.

Cons

Upper management keeps pivoting long term plans in a way that leads to many layoffs - many without any warning. There is no stability in jobs at this company, so be weary if that's what you're looking for. In addition, because upper management is often unclear in the direction, they have a hard time communicating what is needed, then get frustrated when the product isn't what they want it to be. It was very stressful working here as a result.

Pros

- Some great leaders - My manager was one of the best people ive ever worked for and was very lucky to have developed such a strong working and personal relationship - They do try very hard to set you up for success and are willing to dive into outside resources to generate business and leads - Remote work - Willingness to attend trade shows and other conferences to expand its brand

Cons

- The product is not a need, it's a nice-to-have which makes it very challenging to sell people on - Theres minimal real-time data to show that 1:1 human-to-human coaching makes a drastic impact - Most of the employees at Bundle are close to the people they directly work with, and then outside of that, you are on your own - Being remote is very hard to form as strong working relationships as when you see people but some of the employees dont even try - When I left I could tell nobody really cared

Pros

Remote work and decent pay

Cons

Company is a tiny player in overcrowded space. They laid off most of sales team in a few months Reps are not close to hitting quota, there was no organization in sales team. They wanted reps to make 150 cold calls/day and cut off inbound lead distribution as well. Product is 1:1 live coaching for soft skills. It is a nice to have for the majority of clients who would much rather use on demand software. There are no tangible benefits of 1:1 learning of soft skills. You couldn't rely on case studies, stats, etc., because there were none
