Pros

To fit the word count- NONE

Cons

It’s a shame that I have to give this place a mere 1 star- if it was up to me the rating would stretch back into the minus numbers. As someone who has been working here for over a year, it is evident that management incessantly points out small mistakes which are made(despite no training). Senior management is a joke, especially with the introduction of new management who are rude, have no personality, lack of knowledge regarding what they are talking about, not to mention their bigoted mindset. It is axiomatic that if you are not family you do not fit the mold. As a company who deals with “healthcare”, it’s a pity that the detriment the environment creates does the anthithesis of manifesting a “health care business”. Furthermore, being watched by the manager on his CCTV dispalys no trust for his employees and the hard work they do. I’m going to leave it there as I don’t think the word count will showcase the bullying, bemusing and BAD company that this BIG BROTHER HOUSE IS!

Pros

I honestly havent got a positive comment.

Cons

Toxic atmosphere in the work place which comes from the CEO intimidating, screaming and shouting all overthe office. Culture of making the workers think they are 1 mistake from being dismissed. Turnover of staff is unreal, permanent staff dismissed and replaced with agency who wise up and leave themselves at least on a weekly basis. I remember a group of 6 started all but 1 were gone within 2 months. Do not be fooled by the reviews on here, noticet that all the positive reviews have been posted on the same day (26th June) and the reason was to push the negative ones out of the front page of reviews. These reviews were done by managers in there from orders from CEO. My advice is avoid this place and stay where you are or stay unemployed a bit longer until a good postion comes up. So shortstaffed at times operation magers and HR are on the phones - if you get a job here you will not only be doing the job you hired for but every other job under the sun in there with no thanks.

Bullying and Cronyism is rife

Pros

Free parking. Get weekends and Bank Holidays off (for the moment) Generally nice people to work with.

Cons

Unfortunately many. Bullying culture is still not being addressed as stems from the top and the newer middle management seem to think its acceptable. MD attitude and decisions are never challenged as family business. Pity that management does not put into practice the company's 'values' that it espouses when dealing with staff. Promotion is based on if your face fits and whether your a 'Yes' person. To many people given senior positions when clearly not qualified for the role purely because they are connected to the Bullen family. All to often Call Centre staff are blamed for management errors. Blame culture is endemic. Call centre staff are poorly paid when considering all the responsibilities they have put upon them. Often managers will get Call centre staff to deal with problems that they should be dealing with. One of the main reasons why Call Centre staff have a high turnover.
