Horrible upper management. I had only 1 good direct supervisor and he was let go shortly after I left. This place used to be absolutely packed on the weekends just a few years earlier, but for the few months I worked there in late 2025 & 2026 you would be lucky to find 15-20 cars in the parking lot on a Friday or Saturday night. Slot attendants make their living on tips but this place would go hours without a single jackpot on a Friday or Saturday evening. So no jackpots means no handpays which means NO TIPS! This place has found a way to completely tank their business so badly that they can't even get customers to come and play on Friday and Saturday nights. Going to work there was the worst employment decision I ever made!
