So far, this is the best group of people I've worked with. It is a positive working environment with excellent work-life balance, realistic expectations, and interesting challenges. The team treats you like an adult to get things done without the need for micromanaging. Our check-ins are to make decisions and discuss more complex situations. Benefits are slightly above the market,
