Everyone is divided in teams with their Team Leaders. No inner harmony between teams and departments. Hardly a few are ready to help when genuinely needed. Poor employee culture and a lack of support by other team leaders. They'll even push you under the bus if needed to protect themselves and their team's image. Also, very minimal possibility of internal growth. Not enough salary and hike of less than 5% annually which does not match the current economic standard.
