Great culture, everyone contributes and has a voice
Pros
- Flat management structure with the ability to raise ideas, opinions, and feedback at any time. - Amazing customer retention and a standout service makes it enjoyable to work there. Having worked in an environment where you're working with a bad service or product it is the worst feeling - BrightBox is the opposite of that. - Remote team culture where everyone does what they're meant to do very well and everyone is trusted to get on with the job, - A good diverse team of experienced individuals that are all down to earth and just want the company to do well, great bunch of people to work with.
Cons
None for me, learned so much because I've had the freedom to experiment and try to improve how my role operates. It's given me lots of knowledge in cutting-edge tools, and I've had the autonomy to add value in my way.
