Pros
The guys work together well - Victoria is great aiding everyone as Paul the owner tends to get more into sales. You can be in a warehouse one day and the next day in a office running cabling. I did learn fiber and access control so that was a plus.
Cons
Scheduling needs to be better.....more notice....it got better but sometimes in NJ and the next day in PA.

Very helpful work environment I know so much in less then a year thanks to all the senior techs Friendly environment and hardworking environment Very understanding owner/boss helped me understand how the customer service is and how to fix my mistakes always sets me up for success Love working here have very flexible hours and very understanding of personal problems

No cons they have been very welcoming to me and appreciate my hard work even if I get lost sometimes
