Office staff was inappropriate and playing mind games each week and put you in random unscheduled meetings while you are busy with lots of tasks that need to be done. Paid hourly but was made to stay late often. Completely unprofessional with the office staff and sometimes with other Realtors.
100% Commission, no monthly fees, no E&I Insurance, great staff, great support and Tony a wonderful owner. You are in a family with this company the best of the best! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!
