Some members of the team are nice, suffering together...

Cons

Management are clueless and could not care less about their employees. Avoid this company like the plague. Rubbish pay, well below the average and that applies to all roles compared to similar watch companys. They do not want you to learn or develop, but would prefer you stay in the role your role and will lie and make excuses when trying to advance yourself prefessionally,

Pros

- Colleagues can be very friendly. - Can be ideal for part-time first office job, would not recommend long term! - 13 month salary paid in December.

Cons

- Very low morale. - Extremely high turnover. Saw 6 people come and go in an 8 person team within 6 months. - The attitude of management is outright rude and at times. I have seen them resort to swearing and name-calling. - Staff are not treated like adults but rather misbehaving children. - Expect to do nothing but data entry for 8 hours with a 30 minute break for upwards of 6 months. - Breakout area is small and dingy, no outside communal areas as it's in an industrial estate. - Technology is extremely dated. - Entitled and rude customer base. - No progression opportunities and don't expect any one-to-ones. - Will expect staff to drop everything and do 12 hour shifts at the start of a pandemic.

Pros

Other than management the people are lovely to work with, a real joy and they make an otherwise awful place bareable

Cons

Management are absolutely appalling. No praise given, just shouted at for mistakes. No opportunities. No help given. Spend everyday feeling stressed and on edge. Customer services manager particularly horrible, will shout at you and blame you for mistakes that she makes. Managers constantly talk and moan about staff to make you feel bad. Every day I worked here I felt stressed.
