A growing company that actually cares about its employees. They treat you like a person and not like a number. Transparent and honest, if a job goes wrong they don't make excuses and work to make things right.
Cons
As they are still growing, there are growing pains to work out. Nothing a few years of a dedicated organization can't fix.
