Pros

Better pay than some of the bigger agencies, ability to get a lot of responsibility quickly because of how small the shop is, decent benefits, creative talent is great

Cons

Growth is up to you since the shop is small and doesn't have a direction, CEO holds personal grudges against people who wrong him, cut off and isolated from the industry in many ways, some questionable business practices

Pros

Decent office, a couple of bigger clients that might seem cool, free soda/coffee/lunch once a week, nice company parties. Decent operating systems. A slacker's paradise, which is fun for the first few weeks, but quickly sours.

Cons

Company is too small for its own good/any movement, no organization/real leadership, no real digital department to speak of, not enough work (!!!), high staff turnover rate, no company direction, zero brand recognition. Other than two big clients, they never made any real traction with anyone else (for the aforementioned reasons).

Avoid if you want success

Pros

Free lunch on Wednesdays, beer, always have snacks in the kitchen. The people are nice but ultimately Management is lacking.

Cons

Communication is terrible. For such a small company there is no structure. From onboarding they don't give you all of the information you need, from simple things like the alarm codes. Limited work, losing clients and not gaining new ones. Claim they are full service but they lack a lot of components that would make them full service. No real digital department.
