None at all rubbish treat people like rubbish

Don't work there treat people awfully I had a accident at work ended up in hospital they dropped me off in the van at home then sacked me for being off done it to loads of people avoid at all costs

The job itself is pretty relaxed

The management staff/office staff are prompted to lie to staff and trialists. My job was advertised before I officially gave my notice in. I gave them 6 weeks notice and they decided to terminate my contract with over 3 weeks of my notice left with immediate effect, removing me from shifts I was previously booked in for and refused to give a reason for my dismissal. Not paid for time off over Christmas despite being contracted to 20 hours, therefore could potentially be considered unlawful loss of earnings. Shifts can be taken from you at a whim, whether because there isn't work available (which is understandable) or because they decide that they want to put a trialist on in your place or because the van needs to go to the garage. No incentive to finish ahead of schedule and refuse to take any advice from staff who actually do the job everyday on board.
