I'm thinking... uhmmmm... The people you work with (peers) are cool. No complaints there. Flexible Schedules.

Cons

The Pay, Management. Disorganization The lack of drinking Water, Coffee, plates, and normal "free" supplies given to employees.

There are SOME good people there and it is the only thing that makes it bearable.

Cons

EVERYTHING, disorganized, never keeps product on the shelves, website is a nightmare (and it was just built) no true structure, useless managers, CEO is a joke and pretty much useless. She is not even qualified to be at a Supervisory level!

no much except you get your paycheck every 2 weeks

Cons

agree with most, everyone is out for themselves and no loyalty to long time employees, quick to fire people usually without a just cause other than they want one of their friends to take their place. Salary sucks does not pay to scale as other companys
