Lower level employees are friendly and supportive.

Cons

The environment is deeply toxic, unethical, and unprofessional. Management explodes at employees over the smallest mistakes. The treatment is cruel, heartless, and completely unacceptable. Employees are worn down and humiliated constantly.

There aren't any pros here. Avoid Bowery Valuation.

Cons

A lot of the systems here don't work, management is incompetent, but incredibly egoistic, expectations for employees are often unrealistic, work-life balance is terrible, pay is mediocre, etc. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.
