Consistent work. This position holds the programming and all responsibilities of multiple radio stations. The other employees are always helpful and kind. They are all competent and also give good feed back to help anyone struggling to actually get better.
Cons
There is almost no room for growth. Once in a position the only way for a promotion is to switch departments. They rarely fire or get rid of employees that actually should be let go.

company has a corporate jet which sometimes makes travel easier, but it's rarely used by anyone but the owner and his family
Cons
This is a family owned company and is 100% dysfunctional. Expectations are not communicated, promised are made my ownership and are not kept, specifically in matters relating to salary. The owner berates employees and consistently belittles those who work hard to keep his company going. The company has NO women or ethnic minorities in positions of leadership.

Great values, culture, and exciting work environment. Lots of room for growth and job expansion. I love my co-workers and the message that we share on the airwaves everyday. I get to support local economies and help business owners see their livelihood grow.
