Stress work time and pay

You can never do enough for the company many times I've worked through lunch and stayed behind most the time unpaid and area managers would still tell you it wasn't enough. They are unreasonable in their expectations I was told once by the area manager those who do not comply will be moved. The staff are great but there is a vein of very toxic management which seemed to be getting worse as time went on. When I first worked with them in a large store there was 2 staff for the healthcare counter and 6 in the dispensary there is now 3 members of staff that have to cover both dispensary and healthcare.
