1. Best of the best in providing benefits. Don't overlook more than $12K benefit of family-health-insurance-coverage with $0 employee premium. 2. There are always surprises but only the pleasant ones, such as free grocery cards, picnics and luncheons, non-promised bonus, etc 3. Very friendly and social peers and management, no politics, no "boss-ism". 4. If you start failing to perform your job properly, they work with you to fill-in the gaps. You will loose your job only if you mess-up big and repeatedly, otherwise they don't leave any card un-turned to help you improve.

Cons

Its location may appear far in miles, but its not in terms of time. I live in Cary and it used to take same amount of time for me to reach Lillington as it takes my wife to reach her RTP office. You drive against the traffic with very few light signals on the way.

Not too much. Yes they pay the insurance premium, but the deductible is so high. The four day work week is pretty good

Cons

They say they take care of their employees. But that is false. They shift blame off of people they like onto people they don't. The management is just shady, and only care about themselves.
