Pros
Bontex is a small company that promotes closeness among its employees. The company pays well but is not completely secure. The morale of the employees is solid, and the communication is good.
Cons
The company's finances are always in question. The benefits packages aren't great, however, which is a downside of the company. The senior leadership is also questionable and shaky at best.
