None… used to have a great culture and family feel which is how they could pay less. But now that is gone the pay and lack of values isn’t keeping anyone.

There are a lot of after hours and events, if that's something that you enjoy. "Some" of the sales people are very good people, unfortunately, they cannot make up for the couple of bad employees.

Cons

The work environment creates a false sense of security and cohesion. The manager has mostly good intentions BUT doesn't have the integrity or inner strength to act in opposition to certain senior sales person(s) or the CEO. A specific sales person is allowed to talk down to whomever offends or disagrees with him, including the manager, with little to no acknowledgement of his behavior. If you take a sales job here pay attention to who moves the chess pieces and follow suit or success will be hard, if not impossible, to achieve. Good luck!
