Pros

People sometimes are pretty nice, young company with multiple cultures(but not diversity-related). Lots of projects(but it doesn't necessarily mean they will allow you to switch between them).

Cons

Management is toxic and not supportive. Unhealthy life-work balance.

Friendly colleagues Innovative ideas Good structure from most of the management except the CEO

Cons

Bad practices from the CEO be warned he's not a good person Really inappropriate behavior from the CEO but it's his company so he gets away with it, I have never worked for someone more toxic don't trust the good reviews Salary reviews are minimal at best

The CEO will try to squeeze every single ounce of productivity out of you and actively discourage you from taking holidays. He expects you to work 24/7. Working from home is considered by him not working at all so he wants to control you in the office. No matter how much you deliver, there's always something wrong and you need to do more. A lot of miscommunication in the organisation, and promises are broken. Salary reviews are abysmal, more work is rewarded with less pay.
