Pros
Good pay compare to the market. It is good for sales person since they are manufacturer. Product almost monopolize the market.
Cons
Company have less time to give training and this is what challenging you when you have no ample knowledge on company product and doom if you are fresh. Rules are made to change and the set target is uncertain depends on the market and employer willingness to pay.
