I was able to step into Blufish and establish some of my own processes and strategy. They trust their employees and support them in providing resources to succeed. In recent years, the agency has matured in a great way, and the culture around the small but mighty team is excellent, but also healthy. I feel supported when it comes to avoiding burnout. Management doesn't expect a toxic "always-on" mentality and understands the value of balance for their employees.

Fun and collaborative work environment, nice benefits, flexible schedules, open and honest communication, great office location in downtown Scottsdale, works with a variety of clients to keep things exciting, a creative and cool place to work with an awesome culture!
