The pay is horrible, the culture is toxic, harassment is encouraged if it gets the CEO what she wants. There is no really job security because if they want to fire you they will just make up a lie and fire you under false pretenses. Degrading people is a public affair that they enjoy doing in the middle of the office and encourage fellow members of staff to come and watch like it's a circus.

Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism... you name it, it's all here. It's a brutal culture of bullying and harassment. If you speak up about it, they'll find the first vaguely legal excuse to get rid of you. Also the pay is horrible, the work unfulfilling and often unethical, and the management as incompetent as they are deplorable- which is quite a lot.
