the work life balance is quite good seniors are quite friendly to junior,
Cons
management can be a pain to work with they dont fully understand logically how much time a task needs, any of management miscommunication will be blame to the sub roles. sales department only cares about doing the sale and ignore if we have the capacity of actually completing the task on time with quality, based on customer requirement.
