      Not too many employees. Non corporate.

      Cons

      Has been a see-saw with management and lay offs. They made the managers come to glass-door to leave positive reviews to offset the “real” reviews. Only the owners personal friends are “safe”. You Owner is unpredictable. Senior management are just yes men

      Communication structure in fact will be improved again. We are actually hosting monthly meetings will all employees and inform about everything that is going on. Based on the growth we were running into some space limitations and were failing to get everybody together at the same time. We are going to improve in this area. As for the investment into people and equipment: 2017 was in fact a very investment heavy year. The provided statement is absolutely inaccurate.
