      Can't get much better than this

      Pros

      - The management is awesome. They care about your growth as a developer and also care about you as a person. - The work is challenging and fun. - The office (Denver) is truly amazing. Even though I have an option to work from home, I'd rather come into the office.

      My favorite place to work so-far

      Pros

      BlueModus is a fun, fast paced place to work. Every day my personal skills grow as I learn from a very knowledgable and collaborative team. They aim to find the best solution for their clients, which doesn't always mean the quickest or cheapest, but produces quality work none-the-less.

      Cons

      In the year I've been with BlueModus they've seen a tremendous amount of growth. With this growth comes a lot of growing pains, structure changes, process changes, and practice changes all while still trying to remain loyal to the client. Some things may be falling through the cracks.
