I appreciate the BB1 culture that values people as our biggest asset - which are our staff firstly, and definitely our our customers and suppliers. Professional, high achiever, high trust culture that is focused on doing the right thing

Cons

Working remotely means we don't get to see each other face to face & team building is more challenging this way. COVID impact has been tough and intense at times (not unique to BB1). We have a very supportive management team though and I am confident we will overcome the challenges

One thing thats important when looking for employment is a place where you see potential for growth, and BB1 has the right systems and people to set you up for ur individual career goals in line with its business goals. There is no room to be stagnanat , you map your way up to where you want to be
