      What a mistake joining this company

      Pros

      Only pro is that I get to work remotely

      Cons

      I left a position working for an established company where I’d been for many years. I bought into this dream that was sold to me, only to have it turn into a nightmare. Blue Water loves you until they don’t and then they make your life hell until they fire you. The leadership team is old and clueless. He has big demands but doesn’t care that they are unrealistic. There is no diversity. Take a look at the bio pictures on the website. If i didn’t have a family, I’d be gone already.

      Shockingly Dysfuntional

      Pros

      Outside of leadership, almost all employees are genuinely decent people.

      Cons

      Leadership is surface-level only. At one point a C-level executive asked our workgroup who we liked and didn't like on their team. Knowing their team was gathering the following week was awkward at best, and toxic in reality.
