      * none but the colleagues

      Cons

      * customers - who cares about them * backstabbing management * useless HR dept. that doesn't follow any standard procedures (if you can find/reach them) * no progression possibilities * overworked devs * support is to fob off customers * no information flow * good colleagues are leaving if they have the chance * positive feedback written by HR / management * had one good manager for software devs, but he just left as well * below average compensation * good luck finding parking

      Good team let down by weak management

      Pros

      Good team of engineers/developers/support/etc. Galway is a great place to be based, nice vibe, friendly.

      Cons

      No clear communication to team on goals or strategy. No proper reviews, no feedback or advice to developers. No clear career path for developers. Constantly changing priorities to fight fires, but never changing the way their products are developed, tested, & released.

      Great colleagues, but company very poorly run and managed

      Pros

      Cheap coffee. Pretty good morale overall. Flexible start times. Colleagues very friendly to work with. Very interesting applications to work on.

      Cons

      One manager in particular was aggressive, overbearing, and lacked basic interpersonal skills. Literally zero onboarding process. MASSIVE pressure on engineers to deliver. Staff turnover. Zero code documentation.
