The way they drag their feet sending money to the properties for maintenance is disgusting. These ppl look to us foe help where they live. It makes office and maintenance staff look bad and feel bad. Not into that.

The pay does not align with the amount of work provided. The amount of reporting, bills, deadlines, messages that required research and response all day, makes it challenging to also be a present manager on site. Work load must be reduced to allow managers to work effectively and be hands on / present within the office. Of course you can overload them with busy work but is that really beneficial when it is already busy enough? Try utilizing AI maybe that could assist with some of the weekly reports needed to take some pressure off of onsite teams. The workload does not align with the pay. If the pay was more it would not hurt so bad being stressed and consistently running everyday all day to complete tasks. Maybe 2 days a month where you feel like you can just breathe and not be so overloaded.
