      Pros

      Being among people in recovery is a beautiful thing.. to be able to impact even one person is rewarding.

      Cons

      No training, no policies or procedures in place, management is egocentric and unwilling to make the changes necessary for a healthier recovery environment. Daily chaos among most team members creates an environment not supportive of recovery. No consistency, and unwilling CEO who consistently puts his personality above principles.

      Wish I could think of some.

      Cons

      The title says it all. Misogynistic and chauvinistic management, the sole focus is monetary based and not on actually helping the clientele. It is a very unhealthy, stressful, and dysfunctional environment for both clients and staff.

      Beautiful facility and wonderful atmosphere to work with clients in a safe space.

      Cons

      Unsupportive team that does not offer appropriate resources or a "safe space" for marginalized populations (including the staff).
