It is my ethical obligation to shed light on the concerning practices witnessed at Ghoman's Management Group. Working within this organization feels akin to stepping into a bygone era where servitude is expected, and dissent is frowned upon.Firstly, there is a prevailing attitude among the Ghoman's that employees should bow to their whims and consider themselves fortunate to be in their employ. This outdated notion of superiority is not only archaic but also reprehensible in a modern workplace.Furthermore, the Ghoman's demonstrate a disturbing disregard for the capabilities and contributions of their employees. Rather than valuing competence and merit, they seem to prioritize personal preferences in their hiring decisions. This results in a toxic work environment where individuals are judged not by their skills but by their perceived likability. Worse still, those who do possess the necessary skills are subjected to belittlement and micromanagement, creating an atmosphere of intimidation and subservience. This behavior is not only demoralizing but also detrimental to employee morale and well-being. It is my firm belief that such practices warrant investigation by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to ensure compliance with fair employment standards. Additionally, I urge Marriott, as a flagship client of Ghoman's Management Group, to reconsider their partnership in light of these disturbing revelations. It is truly disheartening to witness the pervasive culture of entitlement and exploitation at Ghoman's. Employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, not as mere pawns in a game of power and control. Potential job seekers and business partners alike should approach with caution, lest they become entangled in this web of unethical behavior.
